Men denne funker egentlig like godt når kyllingen stekes på steikepanna. Dette har alltid vært den jeg bruker når jeg skal grille kylling til andre, og det slår alltid an og de fleste blir overrasket over at oppskriften er så enkel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oppskriften er så enkel som 50/50 av sweet chili sauce og soyasaus. Bland det med kyllingfiletene og la det marineres i et par timer. Brokkolien bruker jeg å forvelle i saltet vann først.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Når kjøttet er ferdig, tar du det ut av panna og steker grønnsakene i samme panne, uten å vaske den først.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Når grønsakene er nesten møre, har du tilbake kjøttet og tilsetter sweet chili sauce og soyasaus. Da er det veldig greit å ha med seg noe annet enn noen trøtte brødskiver som mat. Denne gangen hadde jeg wraps med tacokjøttdeig som lunsj og middag og kantaloupemelon med mager vaniljekesam som mellommåltid/dessert. Glemte desverre å ta bilder!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 wraps med tacokjøttdeig:&lt;br /&gt;2 grove tortillalefser&lt;br /&gt;100g tacokrydret kyllingkjøttdeig (råvekt)&lt;br /&gt;2 ts mager kesam&lt;br /&gt;salatblad&lt;br /&gt;1/2 paprika&lt;br /&gt;litt revet ost&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Stek kyllingkjøttdeigen og kutt opp paprika og salatblad.&lt;br /&gt;- Legg tortillalefsene på hver sin firkant med aluminiumsfolie.&lt;br /&gt;- Ha på fyllet i den rekkefølgen du foretrekker.&lt;br /&gt;- Rull sammen lefsen, og pakk wrapen inn i aluminiumsfolien. Ha omeletten i en liten boks og ta med en skive å spise til, og/eller en liten salat ved siden av.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oppskrift nok til kvelds og lunsj:&lt;br /&gt;2 egg&lt;br /&gt;2 eggehviter&lt;br /&gt;4 ss melk&lt;br /&gt;salt, pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 skiver røkt kalkunskinke&lt;br /&gt;1/2 potet&lt;br /&gt;2-3 champignon&lt;br /&gt;olje/smør&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Kutt opp poteten og champignonen i terninger og stek i olje/smør.&lt;br /&gt;- Når potetbitene er møre, ha i skinken som er kuttet i mindre biter og stek litt videre.&lt;br /&gt;- Visp sammen egg, eggehviter, melk, salt og pepper og hell blandingen på. Orka ikke å bruke så lang tid på middagen i dag så gjorde den enkel. Men dette ble virkelig godt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Avokado og ruccula er kanskje ikke så vanlig på studentbudsjett, men det er viktig å unne seg gode ting av og til. Jeg dropper gjerne en øl på byen, for å kunne bruke litt ekstra på gode middager.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oppskrift til en person:&lt;br /&gt;130 g kyllingkjøttdeig (ca 1/3 av pakken)&lt;br /&gt;ca 1/2 eggehvite&lt;br /&gt;1 ts dijonsennep&lt;br /&gt;chilipulver&lt;br /&gt;provencekrydder (evt et annet urtekrydder)&lt;br /&gt;salt, pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 skive ingers rugbrød (eller annen type grovt brød du liker)&lt;br /&gt;1 ts mager kesam&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tomat&lt;br /&gt;noen tynne skiver avokado&lt;br /&gt;sitron&lt;br /&gt;en neve ruccula&lt;br /&gt;2 ts pesto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Bland alle ingrediensene til burgeren, form den rund og flat og stek den i litt olje. Bruk sterk varme først så du får fin stekeskorpe på begge sider, skru så ned temperaturen og stek videre til den er helt gjennomstekt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Smør litt mager kesam utover brødskiven.&lt;br /&gt;- Kutt tomaten i skiver og legg den på brødskiven sammen med avokado, drypp noen dråper sitronsaft over.&lt;br /&gt;- Legg på burgeren.&lt;br /&gt;- Skyll rucculaen, ha den i en skål og rør inn pestoen. Bruk hendene og lag en liten ball som du legger oppå burgeren.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Næringsinnholdet på denne retten blir:&lt;br /&gt;Energi: 416 kcal&lt;br /&gt;Fett: 27 g&lt;br /&gt;Karbohydrater: 13 g&lt;br /&gt;Protein: 30 g&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Om du vil ha en magrere versjon kan du droppe avokadoen, men den er stappfull av &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;sunt &lt;/span&gt;fett som er godt for deg! Og du kan evt bytte ut kyllingkjøttdeigen med en kyllingfilet som stekes som den er. Smakte en peanøttsaus for leenge siden og elsket den, så da måtte denne prøves ut. Og den var virkelig kjempegod!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saus til 2-3 personer:&lt;br /&gt;1,5 ss olje&lt;br /&gt;1 ss rød curry paste&lt;br /&gt;2 dl kokosmelk&lt;br /&gt;75 g Green Choice peanut butter&lt;br /&gt;1 ss sukker&lt;br /&gt;1,5 ss eplecidereddik (kan sløyfes)&lt;br /&gt;salt, pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Varm opp oljen, og rør ut curry pastaen i den.&lt;br /&gt;- Ha i kokosmelken og la det småkoke i 2 minutt.&lt;br /&gt;- Rør inn peanøttsmør, sukker og eddik. Oppskriften er selvfølgelig inspirert av Matprats reklame. Jeg brukte okse ytrefilet på siden det var det jeg hadde i frysern, men du bruker akkurat den type kjøtt du vil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Til en storspist person:&lt;br /&gt;2 grove pitabrød&lt;br /&gt;80 g ytrefilet&lt;br /&gt;4 ss hermetisk tomat&lt;br /&gt;løk&lt;br /&gt;tomat&lt;br /&gt;paprika&lt;br /&gt;revet ost&lt;br /&gt;krydder (jeg bruker provencekrydder)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Legg pitabrødene på en rist med bakepapir.&lt;br /&gt;- Smør utover hermetisk tomat som du har blandet med salt, pepper og litt krydder.&lt;br /&gt;- Legg på grønnsaker og strø på ost.&lt;br /&gt;- Skjær kjøttet i tynne skiver og legg på toppen. Disse er de jeg bruker:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- jasminris&lt;br /&gt;- kyllingfilet&lt;br /&gt;- picnincskinke&lt;br /&gt;- gulrot&lt;br /&gt;- rød og gul paprika&lt;br /&gt;- løk&lt;br /&gt;- purre&lt;br /&gt;- hvitløk&lt;br /&gt;- egg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Kutte opp kyllingen i små biter og stek den i olje.&lt;br /&gt;- Mens den steker kutter du opp grønnsakene og skinken, og har det i når kyllingen er nesten    gjennomstekt. Jeg lager 6 store burgere ut av den og fryser ned en og en. Jeg kjøper også inn grove hamburgerbrød og fryser ned de også et og et. Da tar jeg bare ut en burger og et brød og legger i kjøpeskap før jeg går på skolen, så er de tint når jeg kommer hjem :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Her er hva jeg har i mine burgere:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 pk kyllingkjøttdeig&lt;br /&gt;1 løk&lt;br /&gt;3-4 fedd hvitløk&lt;br /&gt;2 egg&lt;br /&gt;worchestershiresaus&lt;br /&gt;chilipulver&lt;br /&gt;salt, pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bland alt godt, del opp i 6 deler og stek i steikepanne.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Du kan smaksette med akkurat det du vil. F.eks chilisaus, urter, tacokrydder osv. Ha i mer krydder enn du ville gjort om du brukte vanlig kjøttdeig/karbonadedeig. Kjempegodt og sunt! Denne kan også spises som en egen rett, da er det godt med litt grønn salat blandet i.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 avokado&lt;br /&gt;1/4 paprika&lt;br /&gt;1/4 agurk&lt;br /&gt;reker&lt;br /&gt;2 ss lettrømme&lt;br /&gt;1 ts majones&lt;br /&gt;sitron&lt;br /&gt;salt, pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kutt opp grønnsakene og ha på så mye reker du selv vil. Bland inn lettrømme, majones og sitron, og smak til med salt og pepper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det beste er å kjøpe frosne reker og tine og skrelle selv. Frosne reker fåes billig på både Rema og Kiwi. Jeg kjøpte 2kg røde linser i "innvandrerbutikk" for 45kr! Jeg spiser dette ofte. Stek de på ganske høy varme slik at pølsene får en stekeskorpe, da blir det en god "karamelisert" smak når de blandes med sweet chili sausen.&lt;br /&gt;- Kok grønsaker i saltet vann i noen minutter. De er best om de fremdeles er litt hard i midten.&lt;br /&gt;- Skyll de hermetiske kikertene i kaldt vann og la de renne godt av.&lt;br /&gt;- Ha alt over i steikepanna og ha på sweet chili saus.
